  1. General Requirements

    • The Merchant must ship sold goods or services following the methods described below.
    • The Merchant must respond to information requests related to a specific transaction/claim within 24 hours.
    • The Merchant must not dispatch goods after being informed that a certain transaction/claim has been deemed high risk according to security controls.
    • The delivery notification shall be sent to the customer's contact details provided at the time of the order.
    • The Merchant shall store information related to the respective delivery (e.g., tracking number, proof of delivery) for at least six months and provide it upon request.
  2. Delivery through an External Shipping Company

    • Goods shall be sent with track and trace to the customer's approved delivery address at the time of the order.
    • The tracking number shall be provided to Klarna at the activation of the transaction/claim.
    • The assigned shipping company shall follow the following security controls:
      • Home deliveries: Goods shall not be handed out to anyone other than the approved customer. Hand-outs to close relatives living in the same household are allowed. The shipping company shall produce a proof of delivery document showing the date and time of delivery, printed name, and, for orders above €200, a signature.
      • Manned pick-up point: If the goods cannot be delivered to the customer's home or if the customer has chosen a pick-up point, the goods shall be sent to the closest pick-up point of the shipping company to the approved address.
