Return your order easy with the following steps:

 1. Send an e-mail to: info@fiastra.design with the following information:

- The products you wish to return.

- The reason why you want to return the products.

- Your account name. 

2.  We will reply within 24 hours with a link where you can select the return option that suits you best. See below for the return costs:

Netherlands	FREE
Belgium & Germany	€4,50
Rest of EU	€6,50
Rest of the World	€9,50

 

If a product arrives damaged, we will of course send a new one.

3.  The shipping courier will pick up the parcel or you must bring it to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive your money within 1 week after we have received the parcel.

 

Eligibility for returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to register your return request and another 14 calendar days to ship the item(s) back to us.

Returns are accepted only if the item meets all of the following conditions:

• the item is unused, unworn and in original condition

• the item is returned in the original packaging (including tags, dustbags, inserts, etc.)

• the return is registered within 14 days of delivery

• the return is shipped within 14 days after registering the return

• the parcel includes your order number or return reference

Custom-made / personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method and shipping costs are non-refundable.
